TotalRecalls is built with a local-first, privacy-by-design architecture. We never collect, host, store, or transmit your AI chat conversations, session tokens, login credentials, or exported files.

Local Processing: All exports are executed locally on your Windows PC.
No Telemetry: We do not run background analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry scripts.
No Server Locker: Your exported Markdown and JSON files remain exclusively on your local storage drive.

02 Terms of Service

By downloading or using TotalRecalls, you agree to these terms:

License: Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, single-user license to run the TotalRecalls Windows executable on your personal machines.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your data exports comply with the terms of service of each underlying AI provider (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok).
As-Is Warranty: TotalRecalls is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for third-party web interface changes or service disruptions.
